Job Description

South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has released a large-scale recruitment notification for Graduate and Technician Apprentice posts. This recruitment aims to provide training opportunities to fresh graduates and diploma holders in various technical and administrative fields. Selected candidates will undergo apprenticeship training in SECL units located in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The role is focused on skill development and practical industry exposure rather than permanent employment. Candidates will work under experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in mining operations, engineering, administration, and technical maintenance. The training helps candidates understand real-world working environments in the coal and energy sector. Apprentices will be involved in day-to-day operational support, technical assistance, and learning-based tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain PSU experience and improve employability. However, it does not guarantee a permanent job after completion. Selection is purely merit-based based on academic qualifications. Requirements
