The Management Trainee (MT) will be recruited in Engineers India Limited through GATE 2026 and will undergo structured training in engineering, project execution, and technical operations. During the training period, candidates will work on real-time projects related to oil & gas, petrochemicals, refineries, pipelines, and infrastructure development. The role includes learning project planning, design engineering, technical analysis, and execution of large-scale industrial projects. After successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as engineers/officers and will be responsible for handling engineering projects, coordinating with teams, preparing technical reports, and ensuring timely project delivery. The job involves working in both office and field environments, including project sites across India and abroad. Candidates will also interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety standards.
