Responsible for supporting the administrative and academic operations of the University. Manage official documentation, records, and correspondence in compliance with University statutes. Assist in the planning and execution of internal security-related research projects and training programs. Oversee financial budgeting, resource allocation, and auditing processes (for Finance/Registrar roles). Coordinate between various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day institutional functioning. Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality regarding university affairs. Prepare detailed reports, meeting minutes, and official briefs for senior management. Liaise with government bodies, law enforcement agencies, and international partners. Handle student and faculty grievances while ensuring a disciplined campus environment. Execute any other technical or administrative tasks as assigned by the Competent Authority.
Master’s degree with at least 55% marks 15 years administrative experience (8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent) OR 15 years as Assistant Professor (Academic Level 11+) OR 8 years in Academic Level 12+ OR comparable experience in research/education institutions
