The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the student hostel, ensuring discipline, and looking after the welfare and safety of the residents within the IIM campus. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities and maintenance of the student hostel. Maintain discipline and handle grievances or emergencies of the residents. Coordinate with the mess, security, and cleaning staff for smooth operations. Maintain records of student attendance, room allotments, and hostel assets.
Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline from a recognized university. Prior experience in hostel management or administrative work in educational institutions. Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Emails) for record-keeping. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students. Age limit: Maximum age 40-45 years
