Kerala State Co-operative Service Examination Board (CSEB) invites online applications for the post of Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant. The selected candidate will hold a key leadership position within the co-operative society, overseeing the entire accounting department, managing financial audits, and assisting the Secretary in administrative decision-making and bank operations. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Oversee and verify all financial transactions, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Ensure the society's compliance with co-operative laws, rules, and auditing standards. Supervise the work of Junior Clerks and Cashiers to ensure operational efficiency. Assist in strategic planning, loan disbursement policies, and investment management of the bank.
Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Successful completion of HDC (Higher Diploma in Co-operation) or JDC (Junior Diploma in Co-operation). B.Com degree with Co-operation as a special subject is also eligible. B.Sc. (Agriculture) from Kerala Agricultural University with Co-operation & Banking is also acceptable. Age limit: 18 to 40 years (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-SM as per rules).
