Kerala State Co-operative Service Examination Board (CSEB) invites online applications for the post of Secretary in a Primary Co-operative Society. As the chief executive officer of the society, the Secretary is responsible for the overall administration, financial management, and implementation of the board's decisions while ensuring compliance with the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Act as the custodian of all records, assets, and properties of the co-operative society. Execute the decisions of the Board of Directors and manage daily operations. Supervise the entire staff and ensure the bank's financial stability and growth. Represent the society in legal matters and ensure timely auditing and reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) from a recognized university with at least 50% marks. Successful completion of HDC (Higher Diploma in Co-operation) or JDC (Junior Diploma in Co-operation). B.Com degree with Co-operation as a special subject is also eligible. Candidates with experience in co-operative banking management will be given preference. Age limit: 18 to 40 years (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-SM as per rules).
