Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad) invites online applications for the post of Project Manager for its "Sophisticated Analytical and Technical Help Institute" (SATHI) center. The selected candidate will oversee the overall operations, financial management, and industry-academia collaborations of the center, ensuring the efficient utilization of high-end research equipment. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations and strategic planning of the SATHI-CISCoM center. Lead a team of application specialists and technical staff for smooth facility operation. Handle budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting for the project. Facilitate industry outreach, workshops, and training programs to enhance center visibility.
PhD in Science or Engineering with at least 5 years of post-PhD administrative/technical experience. (OR) Master’s degree in Science or Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience. Strong experience in managing large-scale research facilities or instrumentation centers. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Knowledge of government procurement rules (GFR) and financial management is highly desirable. Age limit: Maximum 45 - 50 years (Relaxation as per institute norms).
