IIT Hyderabad invites online applications for the position of Postdoctoral Fellow in the field of Nanotechnology. The selected candidate will conduct independent research, mentor Ph.D. students, and work on cutting-edge projects involving nanomaterial synthesis, characterization, and application in energy or healthcare sectors. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Design and execute advanced experiments in nanotechnology and materials science. Lead the fabrication and characterization of nanodevices or nanomaterials. Publish research findings in high-impact international journals. Assist the Principal Investigator in drafting research proposals and project reports.
Ph.D. degree in Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are awaiting the viva-voce are also eligible. Proven track record of high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed journals. Hands-on experience with SEM, TEM, XRD, or other nanofabrication tools. Strong analytical and scientific writing skills. Age limit: Maximum 35–40 years (Relaxation as per Institute norms).
