Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow invites online applications for the post of Research Associate. The selected candidate will assist faculty members in their research projects, specifically in data collection, literature review, and statistical analysis. This is a purely contractual role, initially for a period of six months, extendable based on performance and project requirements. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Conduct extensive literature reviews and secondary data research. Assist in the design and administration of surveys and field-based data collection. Perform data cleaning and statistical analysis using tools like SPSS, R, or Python. Help in drafting research papers, reports, and presentation materials for conferences. 🔹 Job Type: Contractual
Postgraduate degree (MBA / MA / M.Sc.) in Management, Economics, Psychology, or Sociology. Candidates with a strong background in Statistics or Data Analytics will be preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills in English are mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and at least one statistical software. Prior research experience as a Research Assistant or Associate is an added advantage. Age limit: Maximum 30 - 35 years (Relaxation as per institute norms).
