Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University (SDSUV) invites online applications for the post of Assistant Professor in various departments. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting research, and participating in the academic and administrative development of the University. The recruitment follows the UGC Regulations 2018.🔬 Key Responsibilities:Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions as per the university curriculum.Guide students in academic projects and research work.Publish research papers in UGC-listed and peer-reviewed journals.Assist in departmental administrative duties, examination work, and student mentoring.
A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject. Candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or SLET/SET. Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations are exempted from NET/SLET/SET. For foreign Ph.D. holders, an "Equivalence Certificate" from AIU, New Delhi is required. Age relaxation and reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD as per Uttarakhand State Govt. norms. Relevant disability for PwBD candidates must not be less than 40%.
