Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University (SDSUV) invites online applications for the post of Associate Professor in various departments. Selected candidates will be responsible for providing academic leadership, conducting high-quality research, guiding Ph.D. scholars, and delivering advanced lectures to postgraduate and doctoral students as per UGC Regulations 2018. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Deliver advanced lectures and mentor postgraduate/doctoral students. Lead departmental research projects and secure research grants. Supervise and guide Ph.D. candidates in their research work. Contribute to curriculum development and participate in university administrative committees.
A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines. A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale). A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor. A minimum of seven publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. A total research score of Seventy-five (75) as per the criteria given in UGC Regulations.
