As a Professor, you will be expected to provide academic leadership, drive research excellence, and manage departmental administration. This is a permanent State Government position following UGC Regulations 2018. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and academic leadership to the department. Supervise original research and mentor Ph.D. candidates. Publish high-impact research papers in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. Contribute to the university’s policy-making and administrative committees.
An eminent scholar with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline. A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in university/college or research experience at an equivalent level. Evidence of having successfully guided at least one Ph.D. student. A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. A total Research Score of at least 120 as per UGC Regulations 2018.
