Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), known as JEEViKA, invites online applications for the post of MIS Consultant (ERP). The selected consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing the ERP system used for tracking rural development projects, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical leadership for the smooth integration of various MIS modules across the state. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Custom) for the organization. Troubleshoot technical issues in the MIS portal and coordinate with the software development team. Design and generate complex analytical reports for senior management and funding agencies (World Bank/Govt). Conduct training sessions for district and block-level staff on ERP modules and data entry protocols. 🔹 Job Type: Contractual (Initially for 1 year, extendable based on project needs)
Full-time B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA or MBA in IT/Systems from a recognized university. Minimum 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in ERP implementation or MIS management. Strong knowledge of SQL, Database Management, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Prior experience working with Government projects or large-scale social development programs is a big plus.
