National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) invites online applications for the post of Manager (Security). The selected officer will be responsible for planning and implementing security protocols across RRTS stations, depots, and corridors. The role involves managing security personnel, coordinating with local police, and ensuring a safe environment for passengers and high-value transport assets. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive security plans for high-speed rail assets. Supervise the deployment and performance of private security agencies or GRP/RPF personnel. Conduct risk assessments and security audits of stations and installations. Liaison with state police and intelligence agencies for threat assessment and crowd management. Manage emergency response drills and handle security-related incidents on the RRTS network.
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Must be a Commissioned Officer from the Indian Armed Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force). OR An Officer of the rank of Deputy Superintendent (DSP) or equivalent from Central/State Police or Paramilitary Forces (CRPF, BSF, CISF, etc.). Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in security management and administrative duties. Experience in specialized security for Metro, Railway, or Aviation sectors is highly desirable. Age limit: Maximum 45 to 50 years (depending on the mode of recruitment: Direct or Deputation).
