National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) invites online applications for the post of Finance Analyst. The selected consultant will provide technical support in financial management, budgeting, and expenditure tracking for various National Health Mission (NHM) programs. This role involves analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with government financial rules, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports for the Ministry. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and review of budgets for health programs. Analyze Expenditure Reports and Financial Management Reports (FMR) from states. Provide technical assistance to state and district health societies in financial matters. Monitor the flow of funds and ensure timely utilization as per guidelines. Coordinate with auditors and handle financial documentation for internal and external reviews. 🔹 Job Type: Contractual (Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance)
Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance from a recognized university. OR Qualified CA / ICWA from the respective institute. Minimum 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial management/accounting. Experience in the social sector or government health programs (like NHM) is highly preferred. High proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (like Tally). Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. Age limit: Maximum 40-45 years (as on the last date of application).
