National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra invites offline applications for the position of Adjunct Faculty. This role is designed to bring industry expertise and specialized academic knowledge to the campus. Selected faculty will be responsible for delivering specialized lectures, guiding student projects, and fostering industry-academic collaborations to enhance the curriculum. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: Delivering guest lectures and specialized courses in the core engineering/science branches. Mentoring Undergraduate (B.Tech) and Postgraduate (M.Tech/MCA) students in their final year projects. Assisting in curriculum development to align with current industry standards. A Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a reputed Institute/University. OR Professionals with a Master’s degree and at least 10–15 years of high-level industry experience. Should have a proven track record of professional excellence in their field. Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching/mentoring. Candidates retired from reputed R&D organizations or premier institutes like IITs/NITs are also eligible. Age limit: Usually up to 65–70 years (As per NIT Council norms).
