Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) invites eligible medical professionals for a Walk-in Interview for the post of Senior Resident. This position is typically on a contractual basis for a period of one to three years. The Senior Resident will be responsible for providing advanced clinical care, supervising Junior Residents, and assisting in the administrative and academic functions of the hospital's specialized departments. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Managing OPD, IPD, and Emergency medical services in the respective specialty. Performing and assisting in surgical procedures or advanced diagnostic investigations. Supervising and mentoring Junior Residents and Interns on clinical duties. Candidate must possess an MBBS degree from an MCI/NMC recognized medical college. Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or Diploma in the concerned specialty is mandatory. Valid Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council. Candidates who have already completed 03 years of Senior Residency are not eligible. Should be physically fit to handle intensive clinical and emergency duties. Age limit: Maximum 45 years (as on the date of interview). Relaxation as per Govt. rules.
