Punjab & Sind Bank invites online applications for the recruitment of Specialist Officers in the post of Security Manager (MMGS-II). This is a specialized role reserved for individuals with a background in the Indian Armed Forces. The Security Manager is responsible for the overall physical security of the bank’s premises, currency chests, and ATMs, as well as implementing safety protocols and managing the bank's security personnel and equipment. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Managing the security arrangements of the Bank’s branches, administrative offices, and currency chests. Supervising the performance of armed guards and outsourced security agencies. Implementing and auditing electronic security systems (CCTV, Alarms, Fire Safety). Formulating and updating the Bank’s security policy and disaster management plans. Liaising with local police and law enforcement agencies regarding security matters.
Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Must be an Ex-Commissioned Officer of the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force with minimum 5 years of commissioned service. OR Officers from Police/Paramilitary Forces (Assistant Commandant/DSP rank) with 5 years of experience. Excellent track record and medical category at the time of retirement/release. In-depth knowledge of security protocols, fire safety, and crisis management. Age limit: 25 to 40 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India guidelines).
