Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is conducting a Walk-in Interview for the recruitment of Senior Residents on a contractual basis. This role is essential for managing specialized patient care in ESIC hospitals. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling OPDs, IPD wards, and performing emergency medical duties in their respective fields. This position provides excellent exposure to clinical cases and government healthcare administration. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Managing specialized medical care for patients in the designated department. Supervising Junior Residents and Interns during clinical rotations. Conducting ward rounds and providing emergency medical consultations. Assisting in surgical procedures or diagnostic interventions as per the specialty. Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with hospital safety protocols. Candidate must possess an MBBS degree from an MCI/NMC recognized medical college. Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or Diploma in the concerned specialty. Valid Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council. Candidates who have already completed 03 years of Senior Residency under the Residency Scheme are not eligible. Should be physically fit to handle intensive clinical duties. Age limit: Maximum 45 years (as on the date of interview). Relaxation as per Govt. rules.
