M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Food Science / Chemistry / Biochemistry OR B.E./B.Tech in Food Technology / Chemical Engineering. Mandatory minimum 2 years of research experience in Industry or Academic Institutions. Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC NET or GATE. Experience in food analysis, sensory evaluation, or pilot plant operations is an added advantage. Ability to work in a collaborative research environment and handle deadline-driven tasks. Age limit: Maximum 35 years (Relaxation as per CSIR/Govt. of India rules).
