PhD in Science/Engineering OR M.Tech/M.E. with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant research experience. Proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals or patent filings. Expertise in specialized tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, CAD, or specific Lab equipment). Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment. Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English. Age limit: As per IIT Kanpur project guidelines (generally up to 40-45 years).
