HITES specialize in healthcare infrastructure, from designing hospitals to procuring high-end medical equipment. Deputy Managers at HITES act as mid-level leaders who oversee project execution, coordinate with government ministries, and ensure that technical and financial milestones are met within the stipulated timelines. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Managing large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects from inception to commissioning. Technical Supervision: Leading a team of Assistant Managers and Engineers to ensure quality and safety standards. Contract Management: Handling tenders, vendor negotiations, and contract administration for high-value projects. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with the Ministry of Health, Hospital authorities, and external consultants. Compliance: Ensuring all project activities follow government guidelines, environmental norms, and financial regulations. Selection Process: * Scrutiny of applications Written Test (if necessary) Personal Interview.
For Technical (Civil/Elec/Bio-Med): B.E. / B.Tech in the respective branch with minimum 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience. For Finance: CA / ICWA with minimum 4 years of experience in project accounting or corporate finance. For Procurement: B.Tech/MBA with experience in supply chain and tendering. Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure or healthcare-related projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Age limit: Maximum 40 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules).
