IOCL Apprentice recruitment invites applications for ~494 Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentice positions in technical and non-technical roles. Selected candidates undergo 12 months of training, receiving a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act. Selection is based on merit (percentage of marks in qualification), with no written test/interview. Role: Technical (Technician/Trade) or Non-Technical (Graduate/Accountant/Data Entry) apprenticeship training. Duration: 12 Months. Locations: Various locations in India (Northern, Western, etc.). Duties: Practical skill development in chosen trades, assisting with operation and maintenance tasks, and learning operational procedures in oil installations. Stipend: Monthly stipend paid as per the Apprentice Act, 1961/1973. No Employment Guarantee: The training does not imply an offer of employment after completion.
