The Bihar Judicial Academy, Patna, invites offline applications for the post of Assistant Research Scholar. The Academy is responsible for the training and induction of judicial officers in Bihar. The selected scholars will work under the guidance of Senior Faculty and Judges to conduct high-quality legal research, prepare training modules, and analyze recent judgments of the High Courts and Supreme Court. This role is highly prestigious for young law post-graduates aiming for a career in academics or the judiciary. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on various branches of law for judicial training programs. Module Development: Assisting in drafting study materials, case-law summaries, and research papers for trainee judges. Database Management: Maintaining a digital library of landmark judgments and legislative updates. Academic Support: Assisting in the organization of seminars, workshops, and legal colloquiums. Editorial Work: Contributing to the Academy’s journals and newsletters with research articles and legal analysis.
