As a Sub-Inspector, you will lead administrative and field operations within the police force. Your responsibilities include maintaining law and order, supervising criminal investigations, and providing operational leadership in specialized units such as Motor Transport and the Marine Force. This role requires high-level physical fitness, strategic planning, and quick decision-making in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities Maintaining law and order in the assigned jurisdiction. Supervising criminal investigations and managing crime scenes. Leading specialized units like Motor Transport and Marine Force. Filing official reports and representing the department in legal proceedings. Selection Process: 1. Physical Measurement & Endurance Test (PM&ET) 2. Written Examination 3. Medical Examination.
Candidate must be a citizen of India. Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. Valid Driving License (LMV) for SI (Executive) and PMT. Age must not exceed 30 years as of 17/05/2026. Must qualify Physical Measurement and Endurance Test (PM&ET). Must clear Written Examination (Objective Type). Must be medically fit as per department standards.
