Job Description

This is a specialized technical security role focused on managing the police communication network. Radio Operators handle real-time wireless transmissions, while Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of sophisticated communication equipment. Cipher officers manage the processing and security of encrypted data signals to ensure confidential department communications. Key Responsibilities Operating real-time wireless transmission systems. Maintaining and repairing sophisticated radio and communication equipment. Encrypting and decrypting confidential data signals (Cipher posts). Selection Process: 1. Physical Test (PM&ET) 2. Technical Written Exam 3. Trade/Skill Test.
