Civil Engineering
This position is a Group B, Non-Faculty role on a fixed-term contract of 3 years. As an Assistant Engineer (Civil) at a premier national management institute, you will be responsible for overseeing civil construction projects, campus infrastructure management, and routine building maintenance. The role involves rigorous supervision of site work, ensuring adherence to CPWD Works Manual and CPWD Specifications, and managing structural repairs. You will work closely with the administration to execute infrastructure development plans while ensuring compliance with GFR-2017 and safety standards.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in civil construction, maintenance, and infrastructure management. Candidates from the private sector must have a last drawn CTC of at least ₹50,000 per month. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience in campus maintenance within IIMs, IITs, NITs, or centrally funded technical institutions is highly desirable. Desirable knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with GFR-2017. Maximum age limit is 35 years as of May 02, 2026 (Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. of India rules). Selection stages include application screening, followed by a Written Test, Skill Test, and/or Personal Interview.
