You will be responsible for drafting official correspondence, preparing minutes of meetings, and handling confidential records with the utmost discretion. The position requires a proactive professional who can handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while ensuring that office workflows remain organized and aligned with the institute's protocols.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks. At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience in a government or academic setting. Superior drafting skills in both English and Hindi. Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Maximum age limit is 35 years as of the application deadline. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage executive calendars.
