As an Officer / Senior Officer specializing in training and research, you will lead educational initiatives for farmers and cooperative members regarding advanced soil health and chemical fertilizers. Your primary responsibility is to translate complex scientific research in Soil Science and Agriculture Chemistry into practical training modules and field demonstrations. You will conduct technical workshops, evaluate soil fertility management protocols, and provide expert guidance on nutrient optimization. The role involves significant research documentation and requires a candidate who can effectively communicate scientific concepts in both Hindi and English to diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Developing Oracle databases and .NET/C# applications (IT). Managing software architecture and performance optimization (IT). PhD in Soil Science and Agriculture Chemistry from a recognized university. Mandatory proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.
