HSLC (10th Pass) from recognized board RCCC (Recorder Certificate Course) mandatory Computer knowledge + typing speed (30 WPM Assamese/Bengali) Age limit: 21–40 years Knowledge of land records/survey preferred Local eligibility rules applicable
